After a long time of being hidden and only revealing a little through Kyrie Irving herself or the WNBA players, the SpongeBob SquarePants x Nike Kyrie collection has officially been revealed.
Through the information channel of ROC Nation (the company currently representing Kyrie Irving), all 5 members of SpongeBob SquarePants x Nike Kyrie – a collection based on the Spongebob Squarepants cartoon titles have officially appeared.
Representing 5 characters, Spongebob, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy and Mr.Krabs, SpongeBob SquarePants x Nike Kyrie has bold childhood colors with two main shoe lines, Nike Kyrie 5 and Nike Kyrie Low 2 just released.
In each pair of shoes, the design team used a striking color to properly depict the image and personality of the character. From SpongeBob’s (Nike Kyrie 5)’s polka-dotted and slightly ‘weak’ yellow to Mr.Krabs’ (Nike Kyrie Low 2)’s glossy red, it’s all about reminiscent of one of the animated series. The most popular figure in American history ever.
Additionally, the “SpongeBob” and “Patrick” versions have hand-drawn text on the inside of the tongue. Above the flytrap of the shoe is “Nickelodeon”, the first cartoon channel to bring Spongebob Squarepants to the audience.

It is expected that the Spongebob Squarepants x Nike Kyrie collection will be released and officially hit the shelves in August.
