The feral cat, who had not yet been taken in for adoption, was attacked by a pack of dogs, resulting in severe injuries

About 4 months ago, a volunteer from the city of Pushkino noticed a stray cat in the yard of his house. The man began to feed the fluffy, but soon a misfortune happened to the animal. Dogs attacked him and bit him hard …

After that, the cat disappeared. Albert found his ward only the next day. The man took the animal home and took care of it.

Albert named the pet Misha and took him to the clinic. The vet examined the cat and said the injuries were not serious. Therefore, the volunteer treated the cat at home.

At first everything was fine, but after 3 months the cat began to get worse. It became difficult for him to breathe, so Albert was forced to turn to the doctors again.

The consequences of the dog attack turned out to be much more serious than expected. It turns out that due to a diaphragm injury, Mishka could suffocate at any second! The veterinarians did not notice this problem …

But now they began to prepare the cat for the operation, and it had to be done faster than planned. On January 18, Mishka became very ill, so it was impossible to postpone the intervention.

The operation was extremely difficult and lasted several hours. Fortunately, it ended successfully, but Mishka could not wake up for a long time after anesthesia. The first day the animal was poorly oriented in space.

The clinic does not have a hospital, so Albert had to take the cat home. The man was forced to allocate a separate room for Mishka, because two more cats live in his house, and the patient needed absolute rest.

Then there were daily trips to the clinic for dressings and long sleepless nights, because Albert had to monitor the condition of the pet around the clock.

On January 31, Mishka finally had his stitches removed. He felt fine, but then suddenly a new problem appeared – ear mites.

It took two weeks to overcome the disease. Mishka is now feeling well, and volunteers are actively looking for a new home for him. Albert cannot leave the cat, as the pet is constantly in conflict with his cats.

We hope Misha is doing well now! The main thing is that he is healthy, and there are sure to be owners for such a handsome man!
