Oop! Quavo has seemingly returned fire as he drops off a new single called “Tender, which arrives after Chris Brown seemed to take jabs at the Migos rapper on his new single “Freak.”

As we shared earlier today, R&B legend Chris Brown surprised fans with a deluxe version of his album ’11:11.’ On the project, he shared a new song called “Freak,” which features Lil WayneJoyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley. In addition to features from these rappers, the track also appeared to include apparent jabs at rapper Quavo.

On the song, Breezy rapped, “F***ing my old b*tches ain’t gone make us equal / Sipping that 1942 cause I don’t do no Cuervo (wordplay with Quavo’s name) / Freak b*tch she like Casamigos, not the Migos.” As we all know, this hasn’t been the only instance of Chris brown and Quavo standing at odds with one another. The history of their beef dates back to 2017 when Quavo was romantically linked to the singer’s ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran previously dated from 2011 to 2015. They broke up due to various reasons, which reportedly includes Brown’s prior relationship with singer Rihanna, infidelity rumors, and other conflicts in their relationship. At the time of their breakup, the two garnered tons of media attention and reactions on social media.

Since the release of Chris Brown’s new controversial track, Quavo has now released a new single of his own called “Tender,” which appears to be his response track to his rival’s song “Freak.”

In the song’s chorus, Quavo raps, “Solid set of the stones, carats, Bugs (as in Bunny) / You did a b*tch wrong and now the b*tch gone, she posted with a thug / Call the b*tch phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up / It must be the drugs / Need to cross out your plug, yeah, yeah.”

In the song’s second verse, Quavo continues to rap, “David Blaine, go to Magic with my gang / See Rick James, diamond white lookin’ like cocaine / When I f**k on that lil’ bitty b*tch, yeah, she do great / When you f**k on that lil’ bitty h*e, yeah, she lose weight / She used to be out on the boat and the paddle, now she on the yacht / Trained to go when it’s time to battle, yeah, we on the block / Wipin’ your nose with the tissue, you not wipin’ no snot / Tell me, lil bro, what’s your issue? It’s over a thot? / You said that it’s bigger than that, but know that it’s not / It’s ’cause I be diggin’ in that, it got ’em hot / I’m givin’ respect, but I know you not / Your b*tch on my neck, your b*tch at the spot.”
