During the hearing in Manhattan on October 10th, federal prosecutors responded to Diddy’s legal team after the defense claimed there was racial bias in the documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.

Back in September, when the documentary was released, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, criticized the federal authorities, claiming that the criminal case against his client was an unjust act. However, prosecutors firmly denied these allegations from Diddy’s side, stating that they were baseless.
