Stephen Curry excited about his first time attending the Olympics

During his career, Golden State Warriors captain Stephen Curry has achieved many great things. However, it would be a big mistake if the “Chef”‘s collection of titles did not include an Olympic gold medal.

That will also be the top goal for the “greatest thrower of all time” this summer when he is one of 12 members of the United States team attending the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Along with other top superstars in the NBA, Curry will try to lead this year’s national team to the final match.

Stephen Curry makes his Olympic debut this year

The 36-year-old has admitted that his career is slowly coming to an end. “I’m 36. I don’t know if there will be another Olympics, so this is definitely the year,” he said of taking part in the Games. It will be a sad day when ‘Chef Curry’ hangs up his boots, but until then, fans will have to enjoy his top performances.

It also brings a high level of determination for Curry to show his pride and love for his national team. “I’m extremely excited. We have a great team. I know Steve Kerr very well and how he approaches the game. He has a great coaching staff around him. Being in Paris, representing your country at the highest level, is really an amazing experience.”

With Steve Kerr taking the hot seat of the US team, this is not only a special experience for both the four-time NBA champion coach and the greatest shooter in the history of American basketball, but also an opportunity to show the special connection between the two during their glorious journey in the city of lights of Paris this year.
